Dr. Linwood Hagin

Linwood is currently the Chair and executive committee member of the Intercollegiate National Religious Broadcasters and has been actively involved in iNRB and NRB for more than a decade. His early professional career included radio news, announcing, and management. He worked in Radio until 1987, when he started his teaching career at Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa, GA where he taught Broadcasting for four years in the School of Communication. After receiving his Doctorate in Communications, he became Assistant Professor of Telecommunication Studies at Youngstown State University. Linwood currently serves as Chair of the Communications Department at North Greenville University where he has served since 1999. Linwood has several articles published in recognized journals as well as contributions in text books of broadcast communications.

Heidi D. Campbell, M.S. M.A.

Heidi is passionate about research, education, and Christian broadcasting. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Mass Communications at the University of South Carolina. Heidi’s professional career includes public relations, radio program production, radio news, announcing, and management in both secular and Christian broadcasting. While a professor and department chair of the Radio and Television Broadcasting department at Bob Jones University, she taught undergraduate and graduate courses in broadcast communications, media research and media management. Heidi has presented her research at more than a dozen conferences. She also continues to consult with Christian educational institutions internationally in initiating convergent media curriculum into both undergraduate and graduate programs in mass communication and periodically teaches graduate courses in research and technology. Heidi serves as a committee member for the Intercollegiate National Religious Broadcasters, is chair of the iNRB Academic Innovation Exchange conference and was the recipient of the 2008 NRB Research Grant.  Heidi is married to Chace Campbell, and they are expecting their first child.

Dr. Charles “Chuck” Pollak

Chuck Pollak is an educator and professional broadcaster. He has compiled forty years in the industries of broadcasting, journalism and higher education. Chuck has helped establish and manage Christian radio and television stations in North/Central America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Chuck currently coordinates and teaches management seminars for industry professionals and neophytes alike in several countries. While a professor at Regent University and Northwestern College, he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in broadcasting, media research and public relations. At Regent University, he helped initiate its first graduate degree program offered by distance education and periodically teaches college courses via the internet. Chuck continues as a consultant for radio and educational institutions internationally and serves as a board member for the National Religious Broadcasters and Sharing Ministries International. As former Managing-Director of Radio for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), Chuck drove the strategic planning and implementation of international radio broadcast production and placement.
